Concierge Event Solutions is a locally owned destination management company handling the on-the-ground details of corporate events, offsites, and incentive programs across San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Napa-Sonoma wine country.
Concierge Event Solutions was founded in 2026 by Renee Okafor, who spent 14 years in Bay Area hotel sales and corporate event management before starting this company. We're not a satellite office of a national firm — we're based here, our vendor relationships are here, and we're the ones who show up on-site.
When a venue cancels three days out or traffic on the 101 threatens your load-in, that's a local phone call, not a ticket into a national call center.
Grouped by what actually happens on the ground, in the room, and behind the scenes.
No hidden phase, no black box in the middle — just discovery, planning, and execution.
You tell us the region, the dates, the headcount, and what success looks like. We ask the questions a general planner wouldn't think to ask about this specific area.
We lock venues, vendors, and transportation, and build the program detail by detail, with a single point of contact on our side throughout.
Our team is physically present for the program, not coordinating remotely. Problems get solved in real time, on the ground.
Five different buyers, five different needs — the same on-the-ground team either way.
Internal events and meetings teams planning conferences, leadership meetings, and recognition programs.
People and HR teams running SKOs, offsites, and product launches on tech-company timelines.
Agencies needing a destination-side execution partner for a NorCal program.
Organizers coordinating attendee transportation and offsite programming.
Milestone events and private celebrations needing the same local sourcing and logistics.
Approximate drive times from San Francisco.
Downtown venues and citywide logistics for conferences and evening events.
Campus-adjacent venues for offsites, SKOs, and executive briefings.
Vineyard dinners, incentive programs, and board retreats.
Outdoor programming and leadership retreats away from the conference room.
“They ran our SF kickoff and the Napa closing dinner as one program. One point of contact for both.”
“We booked with three weeks’ notice. The transportation plan for 140 people across two venues didn’t have a single gap.”
“As a third-party incentive house, we needed a destination partner who wouldn’t need hand-holding. That’s what we got.”
The questions we hear most before a program even gets booked.
A destination management company plans and executes the local side of your event: venues, transportation, staffing, vendors, and activities. We’re the team on the ground in the destination itself, not a remote planning service.
An event planner typically owns your overall strategy and agenda, sometimes across multiple cities. We own execution within Northern California specifically — the local relationships, permits, and on-the-ground details a planner from outside the region wouldn’t have.
Most DMCs, us included, charge a management fee as a percentage of your destination-side program spend, plus the pass-through cost of venues and vendors. We’ll give you an exact structure once we know your program.
